CAFA Platinum homebuyer assistance program is designed to increase homeownership opportunities for low to moderate income individuals & families by offering down payment and closing cost assistance to homebuyers in Louisiana. Provides assistance in the form of a soft second mortgage up to 5% of the final loan amount. This program is not limited to first time homebuyers and can be uses for down payment and closing costs.
