CAFA Platinum homebuyer assistance program is designed to increase homeownership opportunities for low to moderate income individuals & families by offering down payment and closing cost assistance to homebuyers in Louisiana. Provides assistance in the form of a soft second mortgage up to 5% of the final loan amount. This program is not limited to first time homebuyers and can be uses for down payment and closing costs. You will need to approved with Land Home Financial Services in order to offer this program.
