Free Seminar for Homebuyers to be held in Slidell

The seminar will provide valuable information about programs that can help

homebuyers afford the upfront costs associated with purchasing a home. Attendees will

learn how they may qualify for down payment and closing cost assistance of up to

5% of their loan amount, potentially allowing some buyers to purchase a home with

little or no money out of pocket.

Industry professionals will explain how the CAFA Down Payment Assistance

Program works and how it can be used alongside several mortgage options, including

FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs. The event will also give

attendees the opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the

homebuying process.
